Startup’s New Office Space Coming up Roses!

Challenge:  Luxe Bloom is a new, innovative company that provides natural, long-lasting rose arrangements to luxury business operators.  Due to their unique, natural preserving process, Luxe Bloom rose arrangements last up to 60 days in a hospitality setting and do not require water or refrigeration.  Started as a home-based business, Luxe Bloom quickly grew to need a significant amount of office and work space.  The need for space was based on a strict budget and a fast timeline due to continued high-volume demand for their product.  In addition, a unique space was desired with high ceilings and a layout that included not only office space but a production area.  The goal was to find a space not take much additional work to retrofit to Luxe Bloom’s needs.

Action:  Luxe Bloom hired Chris Rogala to handle this process in a timely and efficient manner.  Chris began by getting a clear understanding of Luxe Bloom’s unique needs and wants.  Chris immediately went to work, narrowing down an initial long list of properties to a short list that presented his client with multiple properties that fit their unique requirement.  Based on Chris’ comprehensive search, a clear favorite was established. Chris negotiated lease terms that kept Luxe Bloom’s rent below their rent threshold while providing for a cool, unique look that they wanted in their new space.
